the SCOTUS!....The Court upheld the Constitution that Congress writes laws as originally planned by the Founding Fathers...but instead of including the Congress the cowh tried to go around them with another executive order most likely in hopes that his lapdog would have been appointed to the court...Now it's even MORE clear what to expect should America completely lose minds and put the criminal/liar in the WH....If so get ready for illegal independence day and gun restrictions on law abiding citizens....

The Farm Animal will likely get elected and then we will see a continuation of the lies and obfuscation of the current administration, running around Congress to ram socialist programs through and then blaming everyone under the sun for their failures except themselves. Spineless cretins......

He [cowh] admitted the actions taken were wrong BUT.....he was frustrated by those evil republicans...ya know much like the rest of the executive actions...

Obama has now had more shit overturned since fdr. This immigration amnesty, the epa fracking edicts, the recess appointments, his executive privilege claim to evade and obstruct justice in holders gun running to mexican criminal cartels... that's just off the top of my head and doesn't include the obamacaid rulings including the one that went the wrong way on the individual mandate. It's really kinda staggering when you consider the scale by which this president individually power grabbed.

I really laugh when I see liberal comparisons of the "number" of EO's issued by Obumbler vs Repub's. There is no comparison when compare the content though. Obumbler has no inclination to try and unify and work with Congress, instead he throws out EO's hoping some will stick so he can crow about it. I'm glad to see he is eating more crow instead.

But to admit that it was going around the Constitution BUT justifying by frustration with those evil republicans takes a special kind of ego....He was sworn to UPHOLD the Constitution and intentionally did not do as he promised...He decided rather to go around not only the Congress and the Constitution to see if something would 'stick' and/or the SCOYUS would back him up and sadly they almost did and with his stooge on the court it would have worked as the nominee is a huge gun control advocate....thankfully the Senate didn't cave but sadly it may only be temporary.....
