This guy, Frankie Ballard, was the best of the Mobile Bayfest last weekend.
What an entertainer. If you get a chance to see him... do it!

He did an extended cover of Bob Segar's "Old Time Rock 'N Roll" and he went out into the crowd while singing, and even climbed the light tower singing. On a separate platform near the stage, there was a cute girl doing the sign language and she was dancing a bit while signing. He went over to her and sang right next to her and danced along with her while he sang.
He really enjoys performing!
