"Never going to happen...I'm not even going to answer that question"---hrc @ democrat debate in Miami.....

Is the fix already in from the doj?.....cowh?......

Is this arrogance that first she can't believe a democrat debate would actually even question her? Or secondly has she told the lie so often that she actually believes her stories/lies to be truthful?

Or does the translation really mean....I'm a Clinton and we don't have to follow the law.....

Gotta agree with her though....believe the 'fix' has always been in on this through the cowh/doj/aj just like the 'fix' has been in for this nomination process....

***But....just in case yesterday Good Ole'Rev Al....said he'd want biden...Kerry and warren to run----if hrc is indicted!!! Looks like in that kind of fairness Bernie gets overlooked again.....

If standards of conduct regarding information dealing with national security (and what other kind of information does the State Dept handle???) were applied like they are with everyone else then the Farm Animal should already be sitting in front of a jury. If Billary was too dumb to use the government system while SecState what did she use as a Senator????

I don't suppose you could ever even consider that she answered that way because SHE knows she has committed no crime?

Glad you folks all know what's in those 22 e-mails the justice department is questioning?

If you do, a lot of us would like to know.

It really is all about Clinton Hate, isn't it? Hey, you guys already helped her out. I was seriously going to vote for Bernie but I changed to Hillary when I realized all that hate from the 90's was still going around.

I hate it that you think Colin Powell is such a moron, since he used his personal e-mail system while he was Secretary of State too.  Oh yeah, Condee Rice too.

BTW, a lot of us would have wanted Biden to run. He didn't.
Neither did Kerry.
Quoting the Rev. Al as an expert isn't something I'm used to seeing on this forum.

Hillary authored over 100 of the emails (our property) now considered a security risk to release to us. This was the official in charge of the dept of state... a position of great trust and responsibility. Sooo... it basically means she didn't give a shit about the rules, regs, and laws or our national security... or she is so grossly negligent and incompetent that she shouldn't be held accountable like any of us would be.

Which one do you think it is?

Yes. She was in charge of the Dept. of State. So was Colin Powell. So was Condee Rice.  Their e-mails have now been classified as secret too.

If hillary goes to jail, they have to go to jail too.

You're the one that wants no special favors for having a famous name. So I'm sure you want Colin and Condee in the cells right next to Hillary. That's right, isn't  it?

BTW, I don't consider every one of the e-mails of every public official in America to be my property.
You must have some official designation that I don't know about?

Stop trying to divert attention away from the salient point, which is that people care about the unsecured classified emails because Clinton is running for President. No one cares about Powell and Rice BECAUSE THEY'RE NOT RUNNING FOR PRESIDENT. Not because they're Republicans. So they would belong in a prison cell next to her. Good. Convict them too if they're guilty. Next.

I want NO special favors for any politician... infact given their position of govt employee and public servant... I think it would be constitutional to strip their ability to use certain civil proportions when their official capacity or duties thereof come under investigation or question. Particularly the fifth. But you do know that there's really no comparison between having a private email account and setting up a separate system specifically to remove official correspondence from the govts rightful jurisdiction? Right?

And the facts will fall upon deaf ears of the hrc sheep...rules/laws aren't designed for them to be held accountable....It's gotta be tough to read this as a supporter of hrc because it is what it is and she should be punished for her intentional actions....

I think that the (self-described) personal emails could turn out even more damaging than the official ones.

First I highly doubt that there are no work related emails. Second we know there are many unusual arrangements related to the clinton slushfund foundation... right down to her aide working dually for them and dos. Not to mention blumenthal.

The whole thing stinks to high heaven... unless you're holding your nose.

You only get to call game, set , match if you've actually made contact with the ball. You need to read section C of your own post. These messages had not been determined to require protection prior to their posting. They were not marked classified by law nor by Executive order.  Section C requires that. Marking them later on cannot cause her to be indicted for a crime that was not a crime when it was done. Colin Powell said it was ridiculous to even think that.

She sent nothing marked in such a way through her e-mail server.
Neither did Colin Powell or Condee Rice at the time they were posted.
There's nothing to prosecute anyone for.

Why exactly can YOU not see that?
Oh, that's right. You hate the Clintons.

BTW, I think HRC voters are probably less sheeples than  followers of any of the other candidates in the race. We know our candidate has faults and we know her husband has faults. They are both narcissistic and hungry for power. It's probably a political marriage at best.   But we also  know she's still the most experienced and competent person to lead this country out of all the choices we're given.  HRC supporters generally support her with their brains and not necessarily  with their hearts. That's how I feel about it and I know other Clinton supporters who think the same.

ABSURD. Excuse me, Colin Powell didn't say that the new labeling of his private server-mails as classified" was ridiculous. He said it was ABSURD.

That applies to the retroactive labeling of Condee Rice's aids e-mails too, I assume.

I also assume that's what he thinks of Hillary Clinton's e-mail situation. I guess he's a fool not to know better too. I hope there are enough cells in that prison for all of our Secretary of States since e-mail was invented because they are all a bunch of anti-American terroristic criminals.

Anybody who has had a high level security clearance (I have) knows better than to use an unsecure method to transfer information. Transfer means both receive and transmit. Whether a document was marked classified or not it should be obvious to the most casual observer that certain information shouldn't be shared or exposed. This just proves Billary is oblivious to reality and PLANNED in advance to keep her email traffic away from the public eye (in violation of the rules) for as long as possible.
