I would bet that the republican leadership(?) caves and will once again be out maneuvered by the cowh....Which will more than likely end up in an ugly filibuster which will make Sen Cruz look worse [if possible] because he's stated several times this is the course of action he'll take....It would be exactly what the gutless McConnell would do....allow someone else do the dirty work and filibuster because be lacks the convictions to follow through on his statements....
Instead of all the rhetoric and chest thumping the option of tabling the nominee should have been the option taken and had the cowh made a recess appointment then take appropriate actions....but that would require leadership and McConnell and others haven't displayed that trait....There was an article that during his time in the Senate McConnell has made $24 Million on a salary roughly $200,000.00....Just another career politician that's overstayed his welcome and usefulness....

I think what will happen is BHO will nominate someone who is palatable to both sides. If the R's refuse to approve then they will lose Senate seats in the election. In short, this has turned into political theater for a lifetime position on a court that has increasingly become a political tool rather than a legal one.

That would be a first!!....Working 'with' rather than bypassing the system...There was a cartoon that said....'After seven years of wiping his ass with the Constitution...NOW [name] cowh is paying attention to fulfilling his constitutional duties'....
