Another Oblamer "most transparent administration" Lie Empty

It's pitiful that CONGRESS has to file a lawsuit to access GOVERNMENT documents because of another failure to cooperate by this administration.

"Judge rules against Obama on 'Fast and Furious'"

A federal judge on Tuesday ruled President Obama cannot use executive privilege to keep records on the “Fast and Furious” gun-tracking program from Congress.

U.S. District Court Judge Amy Berman Jackson ordered the administration to release documents that it has been attempting to withhold by asserting executive privilege.
The ruling also requires the administration to release to Congress all "segregable portions" of records they are withholding that are considered “attorney-client privileged material, attorney work product, private information, law enforcement sensitive material, or foreign policy sensitive material.”

House Republicans launched the suit after voting to hold then-Attorney General Eric Holder in contempt for refusing to turn over the records.

Operation Fast and Furious was launched by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

The gun-running operation, which lasted from 2009 to 2011, resulted in the ATF losing over a thousand firearms. Two of those weapons were linked to the 2010 murder of a Border Patrol agent in Arizona.

Many of the weapons are suspected to have landed in the hands of Mexican drug cartels.

Rep. Jason Chaffetz (R-Utah), who chairs the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee that brought the lawsuit, lauded the ruling on Tuesday.

"Today's decision will help us advance the Fast & Furious investigation into this administration's gun running operation," he said in a statement.

"After allowing guns to walk, the administration's attempt to hide behind executive privilege only adds insult to injury. While the decision doesn't give us access to all the documents, it is an important step forward. We will continue investigating until we get to the truth."

Taking her cue from Oblamers "lie and stall" methodology Billary the Farm Animal is caught with her hand in the lie jar again. When is the Farm Animal going to be held to the same standard as others??????

"Clinton emails contained 'need-to-know' classified info"

The secret information on former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s personal email was more highly classified than previously understood, according to the intelligence community’s internal watchdog.

In a letter to Capitol Hill obtained by The Hill, Intelligence Community Inspector General I. Charles McCullough III wrote that Clinton had highly classified information known as “special access programs” (SAP) on her private server.

“To date, I have received two sworn declarations from one [intelligence community] element,” the watchdog told lawmakers in Congress, Fox reported. “These declarations cover several dozen emails containing classified information determined by the IC element to be at the CONFIDENTIAL, SECRET, and TOP SECRET/SAP levels.
“According to the declarant, these documents contain information derived from classified IC element sources,” he added.

The intelligence office is “coordinating with” the State Department “to determine how these documents should be properly treated in the FOIA [Freedom of Information Act] litigation.”

Details of the letter, which is unclassified, was first reported by Fox News.

The revelation raises the stakes for the types of information in Clinton’s server.

More than 1,300 emails released by the State Department have been classified, though department officials insist that none of the information was classified at the time the emails were sent.

The spy agency watchdog had previously claimed that Clinton also had two emails with “top secret” information on the server.

However, SAP information is above and beyond that, and is used to restrict information on a “need-to-know” basis.

A 2009 executive order signed by President Obama claims that the designation can only be used for when the threat to a program’s information is “exceptional” and the number of people who need access is “reasonably small.”

The watchdog’s finding is likely to further inflame criticism about Clinton’s use of a private email address and personal server, which has dogged her presidential campaign.

Republican National Committee spokesman Michael Short claimed that new revelation “raises serious legal questions,” since she previously signed non-disclosure agreements vowing to protect classified information.

“Hillary Clinton’s decision to skirt government transparency laws with her secret email server has taken on an entirely new level of recklessness,” Short claimed in a statement.

Clinton and the State Department have refused to detail the security precautions taken for the private machine, leaving many to wonder whether her unusual email setup jeopardized sensitive national security and diplomatic information.

State Department spokesman John Kirby declined to address the contents of the letter on Tuesday.

“We are focused on — remain focused on releasing the rest of the remainder of former Secretary Clinton’s emails in manner that protects sensitive information,” he said.

The department is “working very hard” to meet the legal deadline of releasing all 55,000 pages of Clinton’s emails by late this month.

The FBI is currently investigating Clinton’s server for possible mishandling of classified information.

The recently arrested 'El Chappo'.......50cal. found in his residence....traced back to the Fast and Furious....So while the cowh continue his nationwide hoax about gun control legislation and  tighter standards....is it possible that he and his administration put more guns into the hands of criminals than those that they blame?....These weapons killed border agents and with a record like El Chappo...how many Mexicans perished?...

Now hrc is blaming an appointee by the cowh as being the 'leak'....'source' for her e-mail problems...she called it a 'smear' to continue to attempt to bring her down....Inspector General McCullough III is being blamed for working with the Republicans....The Inspector General's comments were that hrc's private server contained 'several' sensitive...classified and up e-mails....See what happens when someone doesn't lie for the queen?.....BEST LINE:....another article called the world of Bill and Hillary Clinton....."NIXONIAN"......

I've railed on this since it was whistleblown. Obama repeatedly asserted that there was NO knowledge of or communication on the gunrunning to the mexican criminal cartels... NONE. Then he used the executive privilege to squash rightful transparency and accountability. Which is it? Was the potus completely unaware... or was there involvement such that he can use that power to protect? It has to be one or the other.

He was aware and he protected his incompetent ag.....Also remember in political years this happened a hundred years ago...this was when the press still were having that 'tingle' going down their leg and were beginning a long policy of not even asking anything that could even be perceived as questioning the cowh and his administration....It was commonly known that these weapons killed Americans and Mexicans and yet to question would have not been politically correct and those that did were either 'racists' and/or 'motivated by race'...But, who's surprised when this administration and their justice department have consistently had the policy of picking and choosing the laws they would enforce...

"My administration will be the most transparent administration in the history of the United States of America"---cowh
