Made some changes today

In response to a question of one of our members, I changed the settings on the forum. You don't need to log on anymore to view the forum. To post messages, you will need to log in.

Maybe the change will allow more people to view the forum and then register/log in and participate. Maybe it'll cause problems, I dunno. I can always set it back if it was the wrong thing to do.
