| Anyone watching? I had to catch up and I love it. The mind of these writers! Love it. | |

| We binged on BB last fall when they ran all the seasons and we captured them on DVR. Talk about intense watching night after night and on weekends! As soon as we saw the advertisements for Better Call Saul we knew we'd be hooked.
I keep hearing about House of Cards. We'll have to check that out.

| House of Cards is excellent. I really, really liked The Newsroom and was shocked when it was canceled.
I'm looking forward to BB. I have no doubt about its intensity, lol!!

| Finished my House of Cards binge which I really enjoyed, and then last night I watched an episode of Better Call Saul that more than matched any of the episodes on Breaking Bad. I've been enjoying Saul ever since it started and it has been great so far, but last night's episode that featured Jonathan Banks as Mike was jaw dropping. This guy ranks along with the great actors. That he made a hitman lovable in Breaking Bad was amazing but last night he really let the dogs loose. If you haven't seen it, definitely watch it ASAP. I think Saul will make me forget losing Breaking Bad. That's something I didn't think could happen. | |

| Characters make the story. Saul and Mike are fab. And how great is the role of Saul's brother. Is that not Lenny of Lenny and Squiggy from the old show Laverne and Shirley? I'm sure he'd like to be connected to another more recent role but that's how I remember him. | |

| Yeah, it's Lenny. I never watched Laverne and Shirley but I read online someplace that it's him. I don't remember ever seeing him anywhere else but he's really good as Saul's brother. I love the tin foil wrap. Reminds me of some people I've met on some internet forums. The "Jimmy" thing has to be confusing to some new viewers though. I wish they'd go ahead and make the change to Saul. Whatever. 'Sall good man. | |

| I guess, having watched Breaking Bad we know how he develops and want him to get there. But I'm really enjoying this and how he's developing. | |

| Looks like the season is over and Slippin' Jimmy is now ready to turn into "Sall Good Man."
I wonder if Vince Gilligan thought of that play on words when he created Saul's character originally? God, he is a great writer. And Bob Odenkirk is a great actor. It's strange how comedians can usually do serious roles when they have to play them. Robin Williams was a great serious actor and there have been several comics that have morphed into serious actors. There must be something to it.

| I enjoyed Robin Williams in Awakenings. If you haven't seen it, it is worth watching.
He's a doctor who tries a cure on catatonic patients.
Robert DeNiro was great in this movie as well, playing one of the patients.

| Last show of the season already! Ugh...I hate the way they do this! But hopefully we won't have to wait too terribly long for the show to return.
I agree that Vince Gilligan is an great writer. The acting has been fantastic. Not run of the mill silly story line with pat conversations. Really enjoy this show.
This opening season has to bring home the Emmy to Jonathan Banks "
