Also if you had checked hutson hardware for old fittings.
I installed the kitchen faucet no problem. But after I got it installed the old galvanized pipe coupling wouldn't mate up with the new flexible faucet hoses. And no adapter can be had.
I couldn't get the coupling off so had to pay a plumber 154 bucks to do it.
But I was without water and I couldn't flush the toilet for two days.
Once the water got back on it was such a relief.
Two days after the water got back on, the sewer pipe clogged up with roots and the toilet backed up into the bathtub. It then took two days and the roto rooter man and another $150 to get the toilet working the second time.
That was a few days ago and so far the toilet is still flushing knock on wood.
