I downloaded Dr. Phil's book, 20/20 Diet.

I'm not into diet's but I am into healthy eating.  And when I find healthy recipes that actually taste good then I like to pass them on.

This is a single serving:

2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp water
1/4 tsp fresh minced garlic

I mixed it into a chopped boiled egg today and topped 2 rye Wassa cracker with it.  Also ate an apple and that was a filling and delicious lunch.

For supper tonight I used the same "dressing" on baked cod, served on a a bed of mixed greens, and topped with 1/4 cup raw/chopped almonds.

Delish.

Husband approved.

Win/win...
