Round Brown

Here is my Buddy. He got into the bed ahead of us. I think he's comfortable. I have lots of nicknames for him and one is Round Brown. Can you guess why?

He looks so much like our Molly! Is he part bulldog?

Molly and my Buddy often strike the same pose.

He could have some bulldog in him. But he's Heinz 57 through & through.

From what I can see, it looks like Round has some red-nosed pit in his extended bloodline.

Molly's a red-nosed pit - she has a red nose, red eyelashes and greenish-gold eyes. You can see these features in the picture I posted of her under the "Molly Says Good Morning" thread. She really is a beautiful dog.

Here's a pic of his face from the front. He loves to eat and is heavier than when this picture was taken.

Round is livin' large. Good for him.

Whenever I see photos of my lazy mutts lying around, the irony of years of education, sixty hour work weeks and sacrifices just to enable their non-productive lifestyles makes me wonder who is, in reality, at the top of the heap. I can't even get any room in my own bed.

Nope, definitely not a red-nosed pit. He's a black-nosed Chihuabull. All the signs are there.
