Well since autsm was virtually unknown in the 1800s and all of the food was organic by today's standards I think your graph is one a bit skewed.

And at the turn of the century the life expectancy was about 46 i think

Actually it was infant mortality that pushed down the life expectancy but you can make up stuff too.

That and of course the lack of immunizations

No according to the graphs vaccinations were trailing sanitation in cleaning up disease....
