Great movie. I saw it a couple of days after Christmas and really expected it to be an empty theater because I'd read it was about a gay man who helped break the Nazi Enigma code during WWII. That's what it was about, but the gay aspect wasn't overly pushy and the acting was so great it overshadowed everything else. The movie theater was full, which shocked me but not after I'd seen the movie. It reminded me a little of Russell Crowe's "A Beautiful Mind." The fact that mathematical geniuses can have a lot of difficulty in the "real world" is something that touches home for me. Not for myself of course, but for a couple of people that I know who really have difficulty understanding that everything isn't always so cut and dried. They take a little extra understanding from most people.
It's actually worth the price of seeing it on the big-screen and I don't say that about too many movies.
