Well that's what I don't understand, Joani. There was no shipping fee. The web site said they would "Take care of the stamp." I'm figuring someone messed up. Oh well, thankful it didn't get lost in the mail.

I ordered cotton balls while in Norfolk, VA.. I needed them because they were one of my required supplies on the submarine.. After a few months, I got a BIG box like the ones for 100 rolls of toilet paper.. It was shipped overnight FedEx from the supply center in Philli, PA.. The shipping was over $60.. I previously bought a box at a local drug store for 79 cents..
