Chili Empty
PostSubject: Chili   Chili EmptySun Nov 09, 2014 6:29 pm

Made a huge batch of chili.  Used 5 big well-marbled Angus Chuck Roasts and a bunch of peppers and spices.  To purists, ugh, added beans.

This has heat, but doesn't make you sweat... much.

There is a lot of very dark liquid fat at the top that I'll need to skim off.

It was probably the best chili that I have ever made, and I have a buttload of chili to freeze for later... yum!
