I eat it raw sometimes. Very rare though.

Depends on how old it is. Although spices and sauces can make it palatable most times.

I dont like mine too old. I dont know why people like that. its gets gray looking. i like mine pink, but not red. I like to sizzle it fast on both sides then slow for about 5 minutes.
