Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov called on US Secretary of State John Kerry to respect Syria's sovereignty in the fight against the Islamic State in Syria.

The Russian Foreign Ministry issued a statement on Sunday saying that Lavrov reminded Kerry of "the importance of coordinated action... by the international community aimed at countering the threat" coming from the Islamic State.

Lavrov's remarks came during a telephone call with his American counterpart.

This will be interesting because the conflict will come from the left/democrats and possibly independents...remembering that some of the same ones called President Bush a 'war monger'...'war criminal'....etc., and alleged it was all for the oil and the he was in bed with big oil...how WILL some justify their rhetoric then as opposed to now....some were/are against being the police officers for the world...or does that depend on the party affiliation of the occupant of the White House at the time?.....

Just yesterday I read an article about some refugees that were returning to Syria.

Raqqa, an ISIS stronghold, is also a place where some Syrian refugees have returned to.  The refugees were tired of starvation and squalid conditions in Turkey.  Under ISIS, Raqqa has commerce and conditions aren't nearly as bad as the refugee camps.

ISIS rule, for those that adhere to their policies, is better in some measures than the rule of Assad.  For instance, they have better dispute resolution among neighbors.  I'm not talking about chopping off the hands of thieves or stoning adulterers.  They regularly intervene in what we would call "civil cases"... something Assad doesn't give a shit about, apparently.

But then, in other matters, it has been said "we went from having one (ruthless) Assad, to having 60,000 Assads."  Women cannot be in public without a male escort, for instance.

Like I said before on another thread, I had mixed feelings about going in and doing something.

I however think obama should have gotten congressional aproval.

and I took a hit on my stance about this earlier, but when I seen that video that I posted on here of them cutting that mans head off, I lost my reasoning skills and pure emotion took over.

I dont know where I put that video, but seeing that broke down my barrier that something needed to be done. Had it been simple killing shooting etc, I would have been able to keep my distance frmo this. But that kind of brutal barbaric slaughtering speaks to my heart and i want those barbarians bombed to hell and back.

Then last night I read that someone over there tainted vaccines with cyanide and killed a bunch of children, it showed thier bodies.

I guess im back to being a war monger because Im ready to flatten thier asses over there because im sick of thier shit.

And trust me, Im very upset about this because I had given up on the war thing after my son was over there a year. And im very worried they will call him back to duty, because they can for another 3 years.

What if a bomb blows them into two or more pieces? Can you get a double credit ? Maybe count ears and divide by two....cluster bombs are so much more humane.

I dont know what the answer is. But I do know what the 2 solutions are, and i dont like either damn one of them to be honest. I'm not sure how much more "stirring" the world can take.
