BTW. unlike many. I think black people are just as smart as me. No reason to give them special treatment. They need to live by the same expectations as I do.

To me people that think black people need special help to get ahead in life is the definition of racism.

No one ever said equality would be easy. Having to live up to certainly societal expectations is not easy. Just because you may get fired or not get a job, don't blame your skin. It could just be YOU.

The victimhood mentality needs to end so blacks can finally look within themselves and see what the real cause of their problems are, and its in my opinion culture. A culture of gang like actions, let gov give me mine mentality that sucks the drive to do for ones self away. ANY successful black or brown person will tell you this. This is not something the white man made up to hold people down. well perhaps welfare was, but we are talking about today. And we have numerous laws in place that if someone is a victim of racism, we can deal with it. But that is the minority of what the true problem is.
