That's what I had for lunch.

Lettuce wrapped sandwiches.

I'm determined to be healthier as I approach 50

This means that I also got forced into going to the gym 2 times a week...

I hope I live through this.

My cholesterol has been high and I'm run down

I've agreed to go to gym tues and thurs and I'm already trying to figure out how to get out of it.

I'm so tired when I get home from work Sad

And I have to take metamucial yuk!

I set my iPad on top and ride 3-5 times a week in the comfort of my home.  

Eat a balanced diet, just keep portions small and make sure you exercise.

No, I have exercise equipment . That hasn't worked. Im going to the gym. My oldest daughter is dragging me dead or alive.

Maybe once I get going I will start using the equipment I have in my garage. Its not as nice as yours but it works. weights and a bow flex. well it don't work because I don't use it lol
