| Anyone who doesn't think this administration has a secret agenda hasn't been paying attention. A legitimate business segment is labeled as "high risk" simply because BHO is anti-gun. "Gun retailers say the Obama administration is trying to put them out of business with regulations and investigations that bypass Congress and choke off their lines of credit, freeze their assets and prohibit online sales. Since 2011, regulators have increased scrutiny on banks’ customers. The Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. in 2011 urged banks to better manage the risks of their merchant customers who employ payment processors, such as PayPal, for credit card transactions. The FDIC listed gun retailers as “high risk” along with porn stores and drug paraphernalia shops." | BHO is using various agencies like a weapon, look at the DOJ, IRS, and now the FDIC. He is acting more like a dictator every day. Congress needs to get it's collective act together and start squashing some of these BHO mandates. | |

| Congress???
Our do-nothing Congress??? I wish they would do SOMETHING.
If Congress had the fortune to get a majority vote in the Senate to rein in BHO, I doubt they would have the votes to override a presidential veto (in the Senate).
Hopefully, the congressional stalemate will crack just a little, instead of playing partisan games. (Example: The Benghazi affair was a tragedy and the spin the Administration tried to put on it was asinine, but we had one set of congressional hearings already. A new round of congressional hearings is becoming a Republican showboating that is obviously timed to smear the Democrats just before November's elections.)
Congressional hearings are not limited to Republicans. The Dems have had their share of 'em.
Maybe the Supremes need to get some cases that challenge some of the BHO directives. Short of constitutional amendments or a SCOTUS reversal of their own opinions, I don't know how they can be circumvented.

| The primary focus of Congress is reelection. Too bad the spineless cretins won't pass a term limit measure, perhaps if they weren't so busy raising campaign money they would focus on LEGISLATING. | |

It's horrible in the Senate because of their six year terms...the House remains on snafu mode all the time with their two year terms..they get elected and get a basic understanding of the jobs and immediately get ready to start re-election campaigns!...Or perhaps they just never go out of campaign mode at all...
