'Dirty' Harry Reid....

with apologies to the Clint Eastwood character. When questioned by a Reno reporter about the 'cattle battle' taking place in Nevada. "It's not over". "We can't have an American people that violate the law and just walk away from it". Sen Harry Reid (D-NV).

So from his statement there will be SEVERAL Municipal, County, State, Federal law enforcement officials including the Attorney General along with elected officials [all levels] removed from office and/or charged for not enforcing the immigration laws and allowing sanctuary cities? "We can't have an American people that violate the law and just walk away from it"...or is this selective prosecution? Anyone think this will happen in the near future?

Reid will be replaced before the judges that allow illegal immigration are gone...

Reid should have been gone a long time ago. Maybe after November he will no longer be the senate leader. There's a story circulating that Reid and a family member have an interest in land for a solar operated farm....wonder if the land is near the ranch in question. If it stinks and it's in Nevada then Reid must be involved.

It IS the land that the rancher's cattle is on and Reid's own son is the family member also involved..

      Not surprised one bit....guess following the law applies to everyone except him and his family...dirty may be a kind expression towards him...A few weeks ago he gave a speech that his family was 'off limits' due to criticism of his grand daughter (think) being questioned about political funds...How does this individual continue to be given a free pass on this stuff?...

It's the voters in Nevada that keep electing him...

     Voters are responsible for a lot of the mess that there is at this time....but that doesn't make the politicians not accountable for their lack of ethics...

I agree 100%.. HOW can ANY other politician NOT bring charges against him if they are innocent.. That goes for BOTH parties and the independents from the president down to the local judges..

True....no party holds exclusive rights on being ethically bankrupt...corrupt....criminal... and/or not upholding their sworn Constitutional Oaths of Office...Don't know how many of them can look into the mirror let alone ask for voters to elect or re-elect them.

Know that in his past 'questionable' land deals in and around Las Vegas he was associated with but there was never a paper trail that linked him to the to the criminal dealings. Others involved were prosecuted but not Harry which means he's been careful not to get his hands too dirty. Wonder though if this were an 'ordinary' citizen what would have happened to them. Now why the Senate hasn't conducted investigations is questionable.

And yet Harry is so arrogant that he calls out others for being law breakers and that cannot be tolerated...that speaks volumes about his lack of character and his feeling that he's untouchable. Certainly a large part of why this Congress has such low ratings and no trust of the American People.

Maybe the only way to get him is to hurt the casinos in Nevada, mainly Vegas by NOT going to them.. Imagine the hotels and casinos losing half of their business with Reid as the #1 cause for the loss.....

Don't support boycotts unless the individual that needs to be hurt is done so directly...casino/hotel workers are only guilty of voting for the idiot and deserve no punishment....plus this no conscience politician wouldn't care as long as he's getting paid...If he is indeed the leader of the democrats and they accept his actions then that says a lot about their character and points out that remaining in charge and power is what too many of them are all about...

Just look at all of the pro Obama supporters for your answer about their character... How many will vote for ANY Democrat no matter who and vote against ANY Republican no matter who it is.. They are BOTH stupid people allowed to vote..

      Eric Holder gave a speech and asked his audience...has there ever been an AG treated like I was from a committee...then asked has there ever been a president treated like this president has been treated...Now he never mentioned race but look at the examples given...Mr Holder and others must have short memories...AG Gonzalez was treated and questioned strongly by Sen Leahy...was that acceptable or racist?...Certainly most can remember the rhetoric aimed at President Bush by the members of Congress...that acceptable or racist?...When Sen Boxer continued to harass Sec of State Rice was that acceptable or racist too?...

       Seems that racism has and is the excuse and yet there is no evidence to support.  Some need to realize  that yes there is racism...racists... and they may be republican, democrat, independent, non-voters, black, white, brown etc.,..Simply alleging racism doesn't make it so and it's certainly should  not an excuse for incompetence. When the race card is played so often for questioning of bad policy it makes it more difficult if not impossible to prove when there are actual instances of racism.
