Why does this administration continue lying?

"Kerry goes too far when he describes this as “an offer to the Bush administration that they would, in fact, do major things with respect to their program.” It was not an offer, but a vague listing of U.S. aims and Iranian aims to start off a diplomatic process — which came from the Swiss, not even from Iran. There were no actual specifics concerning the nuclear program; there is notably no mention of halting Iran’s nuclear ambitions."


The Washington Post Fact Checker gives Kerry 3 Pinocchios on this statement. After 5 long, long years one would think this administration would quit blaming Bush.

May have to do with the free pass he's been given from his initial campaign to just recently....Everytime he speaks about HIS healthcare there are more problems that pop up...Wasn't going to cost Americans 'one thin dime'....you could keep your plan...you could keep your doctor etc.,....That's just one area....Has there ever been a previous president/administration that has gotten away with more intentional misinformation?....The cowh set himself up with his claim about his administration would be the most transparant in US History....

Not so much popular as necessary. It's time for voters to call out politicians who lie, obfuscate, and cover up negative issues. Oblamer "bashing" occurs because he set himself up with wishful thinking and impossible promises - like most politicians - except he is on the national stage every time he opens his mouth. That would mean that the 'majority' would actually have to educate themselves and do some research!....Then there are those that are only concerned with voting to get what they can get...I hope all politicians running for re-election feel some HEAT from the folks at home during their campaigns....Don't settle for the Washington double talk without answering the questions....Examples....Why is Congress exempt from the law of the land?....Why are certain Unions exempt from the law of the land...certain corporations etc.,...What have you done to correct this or do you support this?...Why should you be re-elected with the dismal ratings of Congress?...Would be wonderful if all had to run on their records whether they've supported...been against...or not even bothered casting a vote....The working middle class better pay more attention and evaluate talent much better because we're getting (and have gotten) the short end of the stick for paying this mess they've created...
