BHO doesn't give a hoot about anything but his approval rating - he knows if he ends his term a loser like Carter it will cost him millions in speaking fees, etc.....

TAMPA, November 17, 2013 – In a desperate attempt to diffuse criticism of his administration over the Affordable Care Act (“Obamacare”), President Obama has once again broken new constitutional ground.
In a letter dated November 14, Director of the Center for Consumer Information and Insurance Oversight Gary Cohen informed state insurance commissioners that insurance policies rendered illegal by the legislation “will not be considered to be out of compliance with the market reforms specified below under the conditions specified below.”

The president has just violated his oath of office. No investigation is necessary. He’s put it in writing.

Section 3 [of the Constitution] is quite another story. Section 3 unambiguously states that the president must “take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed.” There’s no escape clause for plunging approval ratings. Not only is the requirement clear, it is arguably the most important domestic duty the president is given.

President Obama has just written a public letter stating he is not going to do it.

When is a law really not the law?...He's in the middle of this debate by his own doing.....This isn't the first time the cowh has done this....he went around the law to grant exemptions for Congress/Staffs...Political Appointees...Certain Unions and Corporations...So is it...or was it ever the law of the land?....The youth population that turned out in record numbers to support the cowh twice have learned a life lesson about politics and economics...they were expected to support this blindly and pay in order for this to work and as of now they are not doing so and show no signs of changing their minds...Others were fooled because they were told they could 'keep their plans-period' and could keep their doctors...both untruths have been exposed...But the elected leader(?) famous for her 'Lets just pass this and then we'll see what's inside' logic...Good Ole Nancy said there's no apologies necessary and that the cowh has been honest and accurate about the healthcare debate from the beginning....what's she smokin?.....

And I wonder if ANY insurance policies will be reinstated at the former rates... NOPE!

The insurance companies say they are "reviewing" costs and rate structures. (That means "increases" in the industry parlance.)

I'm dumbfounded that he has any approval rating at all left.

It also amazes me that there is no strong impeachment movement underway. Anyone who pulled a bait and switch like this thug would be in jail.

Why do we all just keep bending over? Are we just too tired?

Too bad the clueless voters who put this clown into office - not once - but TWICE - couldn't see how ineffectual he would be. The office requires someone who can do more than just present a flowery speech full of lies.

Washington (CNN) - Only four out of 10 Americans believe President Barack Obama can manage the federal government effectively, according to a new national poll.

Yep... that is exactly what will happen. There is a clause in obamacare that specifically states that. I believe it's called a risk corridor... if the ins corps are unable to make profit... the govt will give them subsidy to cover it. We're still finding out what's in this law.
