Wow, who would have thunk it....particularly when he is saying this: "“This is the most transparent administration in history,” Obama said during a Google Plus “Fireside” Hangout." Guess someone forgot to tell all those journalists who disagree. Just another BHO lie, one of many.....

The Obama White House’s war against leaks, and its penchant for secrecy and noted lack of transparency, are the worst “since the Nixon administration,” according to a major new study that relied on interviews from leading Washington reporters and news organization chiefs.
The report, released Thursday by the Committee to Project Journalists (CPJ), found that reporters from many renowned media outlets consider the Obama administration the most closed-off in recent memory, and that there is not “any precedent” for its often hostile relationship toward the press.
More than 30 veteran reporters were interviewed for the piece, which was written by CPJ’s Leonard Downie Jr., former executive editor of the Washington Post and now a professor at Arizona State's Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication.

Six government employees, plus two contractors including Edward Snowden, have been subjects of felony criminal prosecutions since 2009 under the 1917 Espionage Act, accused of leaking classified information to the press—compared with a total of three such prosecutions in all previous U.S. administrations

For some odd reason I'm not surprised, at all.

It's disgraceful what we've allowed this administration.
