| We will be celebrating my mother's 100th Birthday. If she were alive she would have been 100 on June 4th.
BBQ pulled pork, Spicy Italian Sausage with peppers and onions, Hot dogs for the kids, Cole slaw, potato salad, bake beans and a bunch of appetizers. Of course I had to make Mom's favorite Pound Cake and my sister is making Mom's other favorite recipe Peach Pie.

| What a great idea. Our family is scattered across the country. The next time we all get together maybe we can do a similar dinner.
Joani, where do you get your sausage? We have a great butcher shop in Hoover and we're gonna miss it when we move back to P'cola.

| Eric there is a butcher shop in Robertsdale right on Hwy 59 that has all type of German wurst. I cannot recall the name of it right off the top of my head. | |

| I got the Premo Hot Sausage from Walmart. They are really good. I got one package of what was labeled FireCracker....I asked the butcher if he knew how hot they were and he said no but if I survived them, let him know how hot they are. | |

| No Rain for the party....The Firecracker sausage was the same heat level as the hot sausage....I was hoping for a killer inferno. They were still very good.
