I don't golf, but I like to enjoy frosty beverages and BS with my buddies while they golf. At the fancy country club you'll see the normal people dressed all fancy golfing with guys dressed in old Levis / Wranglers / Carhartts and an old t-shirt, work shirt, etc. At the not-fancy place you see the above (minus the fancy folk, of course) add holes in shirts and pants, and some guys don't wear shirts at all when it's hot. At both you'll see guys wearing the style of work cowboy boots that have the soft one-piece soles. I saw a couple guys wearing regular work-style cowboy boots with heels on them :-E. It is a sight to see, and I really wish I'd photo-documented the whole situation now that I look back on it. Oh, here's a picture of the type of sole... wrong type of boot. Sowwy.  | |
