Hooray for Google! (At least in this instance.)

My SWAG is that a high percentage of the requests are "fishing expeditions".

Many requests that Google has received do not say why the information is requested.

Some companies have sent notices to customers that requests were made by the government about their online (or phone) activities.

I see from the article that:
