As many as 900 people still missing! Twenty-five hundred people have been reported to have been rescued. Built over a former pond on unstable soil, the wrong permit and three illegal floors added. Owners ignored a jolt and cracks on supporting columns that happened the day before.

People are worked up into a frenzy over this crap and rightfully so...
